It is the mission of Global Material Solutions, Inc. to use high tech engineering systems that will convert MSW into synthetic fuels and electric energy.


Our advanced technological process will reduce the amount of waste deposited into landfills, provide "Green" energy solutions, create jobs, and replace petroleum based fuels with products that are environmentally friendly while preserving natural resources worldwide.

1. The GMSI gasification process is a proven technology and the plants are scalable, starting with a basic 20 TPD of MSW plant.  GMSI plants are profitable starting with the smallest unit. This GMSI plant can be scaled up using additional modules for production lines.

2. GMSI plants are flexible with the ability to mix any organic feedstock. If moisture is over 30%, dryers are used to reduce the humidity.

3. GMSI plants are energy efficient because the necessary electricity to operate the plant will be generated from the electric energy produced from the MSW. The plant will use twenty to twenty-five percent of the produced electric energy to operate. The remaining energy produced is converted into by-products such as synthetic fuels and additional electric energy.

4. GMSI plants are environmentally friendly with extremely low emissions. GMSI provides a safe and environmental-friendly solution to treat MSW and reduce carbon emissions.

5. The operating expenses of GMSI are low due to self-sufficient energy use, minimal labor required and single site operations.

Globally, landfills continue to be filled at an alarming rate. Many parts of the world are running out of land to create new landfills and some countries dump their trash into the ocean. With the development of GMSI Waste to Energy plants there is finally a solution to this global problem. Our plants produce minimal toxic emissions while generating cost effective alternative green energy.  It is now possible for for waste to no longer be sent to landfills.
